Dashboard Access Guide

Rose Garden Banquet Hall's event platform serves four types of users — each with their own dedicated hub.

Admin / Staff

Full venue management — events, catering, invoices, alerts, accounting.

Click "Admin Login" in the footer, or go directly to /admin

Event Host

Manage your specific event — guest list, check-in, signage, raffles, and alerts.

Go to /dashboard/host — your events will appear automatically once confirmed by admin

Event Guest / Attendee

Your personal event hub — digital ticket, live stream, raffles, and real-time alerts.

Use the personal link from your invitation email (e.g. /dashboard/guest?invite=YOUR_ID)

Vendor / Employee

Venue staff and vendors access operations via the Admin Dashboard.

Built-In Event Technology

Every event at Rose Garden is powered by our full digital event suite.

Guests receive a unique QR code via their invite link for fast, contactless check-in at the door.

Real-time alerts for schedule changes, raffle winners, and announcements sent directly to guest devices.

Hosts control venue screens with custom slides, live streams, menus, and announcements from their dashboard.

Hosts create and draw live raffles during events; guests see results and winner announcements instantly.
